LG's HBS-200 Bluetooth Stereo Earpiece proposes an reasonable way to stream music wirelessly from a cell phone embedded together with the Bluetooth stereo music streaming profile. Thought I got lucky... then they broke. 2010-06-16

As seems to be the common theme here, these headphones were great until one day I picked them up and the plastic had broken along the right ear piece. I was able to super glue it back together but I doubt that will hold together much longer.

Also, I was extra careful with this pair after reading all of the warnings of poor build quality. They are definitely not a pair that can be placed in a laptop bag. They will snap. I left these on my desk, or in an empty drawer.

If you decide to go with this headset, be very gentle with them.

Cheap plastic 2010-02-07

Everything on this device works great, except the plastic they used is garbage. I have exchanged this item over 50 times hoping to make a point. Everyone of the headsets would break within a day or two, just by wearing them, too bad to they sounded great.

Great sound, absolutely pitiful construction. 2009-11-22

My original set broke in the exact spot everyone else's did. I replaced them. Manufacturer would not. My second set broke in the same spot. I tried splinting the pieces with a small piece of paper clip superglued. Worked for a while and then broke again. After breaking so many times my conclusion is that it is faulty construction, cheap materials, poor customer service with regard to this issue. I don't think they are even manufactured anymore because LG "got the idea" that their product was a POS.

Great sound, poor construction 2009-10-13

Sound is perfect, control from headset perfect. My friend told me his broke on the joint right on the ear rest. I said that wouldn't happen to me because I'm very careful with my stuff - a week later I pulled them out from my bag and guess what. Broke at the exact same place my friend and everybody in here has said, exact same spot!!
I love the sound but I don't think I'd buy them again. Now am shopping for something else.
