I bought this mainly because of the price. As others have stated it doesn't fit well to the ear, but I got used to that. My main complaint is that I have only had it for 3 weeks and it no longer will answer the phone when I push the button. I have to actually open my phone to answer a call. That kind of defeats the purpose of a "hands free device". The volume controls also no longer work, and it is stuck on a very low setting, so I cannot hear what people are saying to me. I would not recommend this to anyone, and am returning mine.

Returning item today as a matter of fact. The product does not lay flush to your ear. It moves around as you move around, which makes it hard to hear what is being said at times. Your always checking to make sure it has not fallen off your ear, and that can be frustrating after awhile.
Great for people whose ears don't fit in-ear pieces   2010-01-22

I'm one of those people who can never use regular in-ear headsets. The inside of my ear is too small, and the in-ear models make my ear sore. I had one of these and loved it. I was a dog-walker/pet-sitter at the time, so I needed something hands-free. This was PERFECT! It stayed on my ear (I used a smaller ear hook that was included with it). I don't know if Motorola quit making the extra ear hooks, but mine had a smaller one that fit great. I walked, ran, stooped, tippy-toed, you name it. I wore it all day, walking dogs, in the car.. all the time. I got up, put it on before I left the house and took it off when I got back home. So, the only complaint (if you can call it that) I have, is that the hook broke.. The extra piece at the end that goes down to the bottom of the back of the ear is what I'm talking about. B/c of that, I lost it one day (after having it for well over a year and using it 6 days a week) when I was shopping. By that time, it had big gouges in the face of it and just generally worn out, but that was the exterior. I tried the Motorola 270 and I hate it. $40 for an ear piece I can't stand. I can't wait to get a new one. :)

This bluetooth headset works well. The ear piece does not stick in the ear, which is nice. The over the ear hook is a little big, but it can be adjusted by bending it to accommodate a smaller ear.
