It won't stay connected for more than 10 minutes at a time. I know that the Bluetooth on my iPhone is not the problem, as it works just fine with other Bluetooth devices.

I ordered the Frustratoin-Free packaging of the H780, and like another reviewer was angry to learn that the package did not come with the additional ear gels. I contacted Amazon, and they offered a replacement package. It still did not have the gels, so when I contacted Amazon again, they stopped selling the unit.

I was told by the Amazon customer service center that the unit would only go back on sale when the issue was resolved. I am going to give them another chance and will update this review with the new results.

Otherwise, this bluetooth headset is pretty decent. The dedicated on-off switch makes it easy to save battery power. My old Samsung was so difficult to turn on and off that I would have to recharge the device everyother day.

I can't discuss comfort until I get the new unit, since I had a big problem with the default gel size. It kept the unit away from my head, thus making it hard for others to hear, but I'm hoping the better fit will fix that.

I like the fact that it has a micro-USB jack. With phones moving to micro-USB as a standard, I only need one charger in my laptop bag (another shortcoming of the Samsung 410, it has a unique charger).

Amazon touts this as "frustration free" packaging. But, they don't tell you that the packaging omits the 2 alternate ear cushions that accompany the retail packaging. So, if you are unfortunate enough to have an ear that does not fit the one ear cushion provided, you will not be able to use this headset.
